1. Services Provided

Career Decipher Consult offers career consultation services and digital products (e-books) for purchase. All services and products are subject to availability and these Terms.

2. Eligibility

By using our website, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use our services.

  • You provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration or booking.

  • You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using our services.

3. Booking Career Consultations

  • Career consultations must be booked in advance through our website.

  • Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment.

  • We do not encourage rescheduling due to a limited time slot availability, we hope you will be sure of a suitable time before booking. If you have a strong reason for rescheduling, please contact us. Refunds for cancellations are subject to our Refund Policy (see Section 6).

4. Purchasing E-Books

  • All e-book sales are final. Once the e-book is delivered via download link, no refunds or exchanges will be provided.

  • You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the e-book for personal use only. Unauthorized sharing, copying, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

5. Payment

  • All prices are listed in CAD and are subject to change without notice.

  • Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. By making a payment, you agree to their terms and conditions.

  • You are responsible for any additional charges, such as taxes or transaction fees, that may apply.

6. Refund Policy

  • Career Consultations: 50% of the original payment will be charged for any canceled appointments and the remaining 50% will be refunded if canceled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.

  • E-Books: All e-book purchases are non-refundable.

7. User Conduct

By using our website, you agree not to:

  • Engage in any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity.

  • Interfere with the operation of our website or services.

  • Share, copy, or distribute our content or materials without prior authorization.

  • Use our services for any purpose other than personal career development.
